If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within **6 months** of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it – free of charge.
This doesn’t cover:
– Damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, or spilled prosecco 😅
– Custom alterations made after delivery
